Terms & Conditions PG Soft –
The Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pg soft Malaysia ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by pg soft, you explicitly agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

Pg soft reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this platform. Your continued use of pg soft's services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use pg soft's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration
• Residing in Malaysia or are a Malaysian citizen
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed on any relevant self-exclusion programme
• Do not act as an agent, broker, or representative of any third party

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at pg soft. Attempts to register multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device information – are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances.

Pg soft accepts a variety of approved payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All financial transactions on this platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pg soft does not accept any foreign currency.

Funds deposited into your pg soft account are strictly for online gaming purposes. pg soft does not pay interest on account balances and is not considered a financial institution.

Withdrawals from your pg soft account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days once the application has been received and verified
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as your last deposit
• Pg soft may require KYC documents before approving your first withdrawal
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP membership tier – please refer to the withdrawal limit table in your account profile
• Any bonus with an unmet rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled

Pg soft offers its members a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types:

• Every bonus carries a rollover requirement (wagering multiplier) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• The welcome bonus is for new members only and may only be claimed once
• Pg soft reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash
• In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence
• Promotion abuse, such as bonus arbitrage (bonus abuse), will result in account termination

The pg soft platform offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, Live Casino, football betting, virtual sports, and e-sports. Each category has its own rules that all members are required to follow.

For slots and Live Casino games, outcomes are generated by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. For Sports Betting, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues, betting results are determined by actual sporting outcomes.

• Bets that have been submitted cannot be cancelled except under certain technical circumstances
• Pg soft reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error or mistake in odds setting
• In the event a sporting fixture is postponed by more than 72 hours, all bets will be fully refunded
• Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pg soft platform and will result in immediate action, including account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Registering multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Spreading false information about pg soft to the public
• Threatening or harassing pg soft staff or other members
• Any form of fraud or attempt to manipulate the payment system

Pg soft reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions. You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team.

In cases of account termination due to a breach, pg soft reserves the right to:

• Forfeiting any bonus balance with unmet wagering requirements
• Place withdrawal processing on hold while an investigation is conducted
• Reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities

If your account is terminated for technical reasons or through no fault of your own, any cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Pg soft is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your personal information is collected, stored, and used solely for the purposes of platform operations and service improvement.

• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law
• All data is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL encryption
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pg soft shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting decisions
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance
• Transaction processing delays due to external factors such as network or banking issues
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence

Pg soft reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the pg soft platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between both parties shall be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts.
